Placed an order and was lucky enough they had a van going out my way. Arrived within 3-4 hours of ordering. Go in to the shop for resin amd bits and bobs and always super helpful

I don't normally leave reviews! But this definitely deserves one. I ordered 3 items from these guys and it was at my door within 24 hours. From Glasgow to essex. Thank you, will definitely be using again in the future 🙌🏻😁

I ordered a slx-25 from palmer everything I got came on time and in perfect condition, I am new to this so I ordered a few wrong parts to go with the brush and James helped me get the right set up and explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend palmer and would definitely use again. Thanks again!

Popped in tae Palmer Trade Supplies for the first time the day, and honestly — blown away. Big thanks tae Graham, who couldnae have been more helpful. Proper sound guy, knew his stuff inside‑oot, and pointed me straight toward top‑quality professional window cleaning gear. The kit they stock is brilliant — solid, reliable, and exactly what you need when you’re out cleaning windaes all day. Left the place sorted, confident, and chuffed with the service. Cheers again, Graham. First visit, but definitely no the last. — Glesga Windae Cleaner Guy

I have always found Palmers attentive and professional in the way they deal with enquiries and subsequent contracts. The success of the business is most likely due to it being a long established family business with traditional values being upheld.
